Our consulting practice is inspired by the words of the Spanish poet, Antonio Machado. We believe the path for an organization is not pre-determined but informed by voices. We believe that the path is created by the choices the organization, its leaders, and its staff make in the context of the organizational ecosystem in which they operate and the mission to which they aspire.

Walking is not about speed, though moving at the right speed is important. Walking is about getting started. Walking can get you where you want and need to go. Walking is about taking action now. Action is informed by information, grounded in the skill, will, and capacity of an organization, and reflective of resources, reality, relevance and yes, urgency!
