Hiring Michelle M. Osborne, J.D. & Associates, LLC has been the best decision that we have made towards improving antiracist health equity in our program. Michelle and her team completed a comprehensive health equity capacity assessment of our program that included a survey, interviews, and a deep dive in our internal documents including data, policies, budgets, and more. In addition to presenting their findings, Michelle and her team provided us with a road map on how to improve our shortfalls. Their action plan was feasible yet pushed us towards an antiracist health equity approach. Finally, Michelle and her team delivered us a comprehensive 12-hour training on antiracist health equity. This training provided our team with the foundation that we needed to deliver on the action plan and to continue to identify opportunities for improvement on our own. Michelle, Toni, and Nora are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They really listened to our needs and delivered exactly what we needed.
