Assessments & Research

We evaluate processes, capability, capacity, sentiments, and receptivity within organizations. Our assessments are like health checkups that:

  • Describe the organization’s current situation.
  • Evaluate whether the current situation meets expectations.
  • Identify what works and does not work.
  • Reveal recommendations based on the findings.

Our approach is systematic and often uses the 8Ps of change (People, Perception, Philosophy, Politics, Policy, Procedure, Process, and Priority) to structure the inquiries, interpret the findings, identify opportunities, and develop an action plan to improve the organization.

Our research and assessments include data collection, document reviews, process audits, surveys, and interview techniques such as one-on-ones, triads, and focus groups. We use an array of qualitative and quantitative methods to gain insights about who, what, when, where, and how to prioritize the organization’s efforts.

Strategic Planning

The goal of strategic planning is to create an action plan that efficiently and effectively directs the organization in its journey to reach its long-term goals. It involves taking a step back from day-to-day operations to explore the skill, will and capacity of the organization in the context of its mission.

We collaborate with our clients to develop action plans that address the unique situation, challenges and opportunities found in their workplace, workforce, community, and marketplace.

We use proven and innovative tools and methods tailored to best fit our clients’ needs including project management discipline, transactional Six Sigma techniques, sentiment analysis, capacity assessments, functional reviews and more. These tools and methods systematically identify the possibilities and options ending with an action plan that balances tried and true strategies with innovation and excellence.
